Everything you enter here goes to Jay at White Cloud and nowhere else. It is submitted through Netlify Forms, which stores it on servers in the United States, and a copy is emailed to us. We use it to build and deliver your website, to put the details you want public on the site itself, and to invoice you.
Some of what you enter is meant to go public — your business name, the contact details you want customers to use, your services and your photos all end up on your own website. The rest — your NZBN, GST number, licences, personal contact details — stays between us and your invoice.
Only your name, business name, email and a couple of basics are required — every other field is optional. Skip anything you would rather not share, or tell us in person instead.
